We work with established content management systems and modern website platforms, including WordPress and Webflow. Other platforms may be accommodated depending on your project's requirements. We'll confirm the best fit before work begins.

The Launch package covers setup of your new three-page website on an agreed platform. Full website migrations, extensive content transfers, and complex integrations may require a separate scope.

Full copywriting and extensive content development are not included in either package. Both include strategic direction for your messaging and positioning. We can recommend a copywriter or scope additional copywriting services based on your needs.

Both packages are designed to be completed within 30 days. Timelines depend on timely client feedback, access to required accounts and materials, and approval of deliverables. Delays in receiving these may affect the completion date.

Both packages include two rounds of revisions. We gather feedback at defined milestones to keep the project moving and ensure the final deliverables align with the agreed direction. Additional revisions or significant changes to the original scope may incur additional fees.

For Reset, we'll review your digital presence and prioritize opportunities, with up to four hours dedicated to selected website improvements. These may include technical SEO fixes, performance enhancements, or tracking corrections, depending on the audit findings.

For Launch, we'll establish foundational SEO elements such as metadata, indexing configuration, sitemap setup where applicable, and Google Search Console verification. Extensive technical remediation and ongoing SEO campaigns are not included.

Launch includes website analytics setup using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or another agreed platform, along with conversion tracking aligned with your business goals. The specific events and integrations will be defined during kickoff.

Reset includes a review of website performance and tracking, with selected corrections possible within the four-hour implementation allowance. A full analytics implementation may require additional scope.

Both packages address AI search visibility. Reset includes an assessment and strategic recommendations, with selected implementation work where appropriate. Launch includes foundational SEO and AI search readiness as part of building your new website.

These activities establish a stronger technical and content foundation, but no agency can guarantee rankings or placement in AI-generated search results.

You'll need to provide relevant website and platform access, existing brand assets, business information, and feedback throughout the engagement. For Launch, we'll also need input on your audience, positioning, and business goals. We'll outline the specific requirements during kickoff.

You'll receive your completed deliverables, a summary of the work, and recommended next steps. If you'd like continued support with website maintenance, technical updates, or ongoing digital improvements, we can discuss a suitable Nerd Support package.

The package price covers the deliverables listed in the agreed scope. Third-party software subscriptions, hosting, domain registrations, premium plugins, stock assets, additional pages, complex integrations, and work outside the agreed scope may incur additional costs. We'll discuss and approve any additional expenses before proceeding.
