Nerd Support provides flexible, task-based or ongoing help with digital strategy, website optimization, SEO, email marketing, analytics, AI automation, and other approved digital priorities. You purchase a block of hours, and we agree on a roadmap for how those hours will be used.
We review your intake, confirm what's feasible, and agree on a roadmap with you before any hours are used. Your hours begin once we agree on your roadmap together. If we can't scope your request to fit your package, we'll recommend a better option or refund your purchase.
Tell us what you're trying to accomplish. We'll review your request, estimate the effort, and recommend the appropriate package. Estimates are confirmed before work begins.
We'll identify the highest-priority tasks that fit your available hours. If you need more implementation time, Extended Support offers 30 hours for $4,703, subject to an approved roadmap. Larger or more complex work may require a separately scoped project.
Unused hours can be redirected to another approved task within the original 90-day usage period. Hours do not carry forward indefinitely.
Reset and Launch are defined 30-day engagements for improving or establishing your digital foundation. Nerd Support is for specific tasks, implementation, and ongoing improvements without committing to a full engagement.
Every request is assessed based on the work involved, the platforms used, and the expertise required. If a request falls outside our capabilities or available scope, we'll discuss alternatives before committing.
Extended Support is intended for clients with an approved roadmap that requires more time than the standard packages provide. We'll review the proposed tasks and confirm whether the 30-hour option is appropriate before purchase.
