AI Strategy & Technology

AI Strategy & Technology Services

We help you identify where AI can make a difference, automate repetitive work, and build intelligent tools that solve real business problems.

Overview

AI strategy means identifying where AI can add value to your business and putting it to work. This includes AI roadmaps and training, workflow automation, chatbots, and custom AI tools and agents.

We assess your readiness, identify opportunities, evaluate data requirements, and prioritize solutions based on business value, feasibility, and implementation effort.

Our process starts with the work itself: how your team operates, where bottlenecks exist, and which tasks are best suited for automation. From there, we develop a practical roadmap and build solutions with appropriate human oversight.

88%

7%

of organizations use AI in at least one business function.

Yet only 7% of respondents said AI had been fully scaled across their organizations. Moving from experimentation to implementation takes strategy, workflow redesign, and the right solutions.

Strategy, Automation, and Custom AI

AI Strategy

Assess AI readiness, identify high-value opportunities, and develop a practical roadmap for implementation, including training and responsible adoption.

Intelligent Workflows

Reduce repetitive work by connecting tools, automating processes, and improving how information moves across your business.

Chatbots and Custom AI Agents

Build purpose-specific AI solutions for customer interactions, internal knowledge, and multistep workflows, with appropriate human oversight.

Our Process

Four stages. Each one ends with a deliverable before the next begins.

  1. 1

    Opportunity Mapping

We interview the people closest to the work and collect candidate uses of AI. You receive a ranked opportunity list with the business reason for each item.

  2. 2

    Workflow Assessment

We follow one or two priority tasks from start to finish, including handoffs, tools, and delays. The deliverable is a workflow map that shows what should change before anything is built.

  3. 3

    Roadmap and Training

We turn the findings into a sequenced plan and the sessions your team needs before launch. You leave this stage with timing, owners, and the decisions required to start building.

  4. 4

    Build

We implement the agreed solution and define who checks outputs before they are used. The deliverable is a working tool and a review path your team can run.
