Overview
Communication is the first priority. We treat the project as a collaboration: a questionnaire to understand the need, research on the industry, a mood board when creative work is involved, high-fidelity mockups you can comment on, and development after design review. A check-in sits between each stage.
Color, typography, and page layout are developed together to create a cohesive brand experience. Depending on the project, the style guide may also include a logo refresh, color palette, and typography.
For Zonddi, the goal was to express the brand through color, imagery, visual style, and typography while creating a responsive e-commerce website that was easy to navigate. The design kept the furniture at the center of the experience, reinforcing the brand's tagline: "Art Made Furniture."

Our Process
Four stages, with a touchbase between each one so questions are answered while the work is still open.

Questionnaires
After the first conversations, we send a questionnaire so we understand what you need. That work leads into research on your industry.

Mood board
When the project includes creative work, we use Invision to build a mood board: visual inspiration, type explorations, color palettes, and logo concepts. Interface ideas go on the board so stakeholders can respond before the design phase.

High-fidelity mockup
We design high-fidelity mockups in Figma and leave them open for comments and revisions. A project can also include a responsive prototype and a style guide with a logo refresh, colors, and fonts.

Development
After design reviews, we build the site. Zonddi's store was developed on BigCommerce, with copy for the pages. It's A Good Life Fitness LLC included a new website, copy in the brand voice, and a client wellness portal.
